Building models from disparate sources of medical data for the National Institute of Health, improving visibility of medical provider services and patient outcomes, we led enterprise-wide technical integration project including planning, timeline execution, and budget resource management including people and technology, increasing system-wide efficiency.

Previous Work: Commonwealth of Virginia

Supplying data to the Governor of Virginia, the First Lady of Virginia, and the Virginia Department of Health for policymaking and research for future allocations and current budgeting opportunities, we were the subject matter experts on the Framework for Addiction Analysis and Community Transformation, statistically decreasing the rates of opioid related deaths in Virginia.
